We offer the following value-added Customer Service and Technical Support services: Deep South Productions Support Services group offers a wide range of customized service warranties.

Service agreements: are designed to meet your company's operational and budgetary requirements while maintaining system functionality and minimizing downtime. The standard system warranty program provides an extended on-site labor guarantee on the entire system for a period of 30 days on all system installations from the date of system final acceptance.

Deep South Productions Standard System Warranty includes:

  • 30 days Visual Sound Inc. Enhanced System Warranty
  • All manufacturer's warranties pass-through to end-user
  • Telephone support 8am - 5pm
  • One year in-house bench repairs

Deep South Productions Enhanced System Warranty includes:

  • All labor and parts
  • 24 hour priority next business day on-site response time
  • Unlimited on-site corrective maintenance
  • Preventive maintenance visit
  • Telephone support (24 x 7 hotline)
  • Removal and reinstallation of equipment
  • Travel and Freight
  • System Orientation Training
  • Loaner equipment (if available)
