How quickly will I hear back?

How much does event production cost?
It depends on scope, scale, duration and travel — a single corporate general session and a three-day outdoor festival aren't in the same conversation. Give us the date, venue, headcount and scope and we'll give you a written number rather than a guess.
Do you travel outside Louisiana?
Yes. Sulphur is home base, and we work across the United States and into Canada with our own fleet.
Can I rent equipment without hiring crew?
Yes, for production companies, venues and promoters. Equipment rental is business-to-business and is usually quoted alongside services.
Can I visit the warehouse?
By appointment. Call ahead — the shop is a working space and the gear moves.
I'm a freelancer. Should I use this form?
No. Apply through Careers so your experience and credentials go to the crew booking team.
