Production for sports & collegiate venues
A sports venue is not a concert hall. The schedule is fixed. The sightlines are permanent. The crowd arrives whether the freight elevator works or not. Production for sports & collegiate venues has to fit inside all of that — and it has to load out fast, because the next event is already booked.
We plan for that. A site survey comes first, not a quote. We walk the venue, measure the power, check the rigging points, note the loading dock and the cable runs, and talk to whoever manages the building. Then you get a written scope and a number. No surprises on show day.
What that looks like on a festival or tour
Owned inventory
Line arrays, consoles, LED video walls, truss, staging and mobile stages sit in our warehouse, not a broker's spreadsheet.
Our own fleet
Trucks and drivers on staff, so the gear moves on our schedule, not a third party's.
Our own crews
Audio, lighting, video, rigging and stagehands we book directly, working from your run of show.
On-time execution
Doors open at a fixed time in this industry, and we build the plan backwards from it.
Arenas, stadiums and pro facilities
We've delivered production at venues and events most companies only see on television. The clients list names some of them — the ones we're able to name.
Marquee venues — New Orleans Superdome · AT&T Stadium · TD Garden · Toyota Center · Bridgestone Arena · State Farm Arena · Dickies Arena · T-Mobile Arena · Prudential Center · Alamodome · NRG Park · Minute Maid Park

Pro sports and broadcast work — Houston Rockets · Atlanta Hawks · 2019 World Series · Fox Premier Boxing Champions · American Combat Alliance · Don Julio Super Bowl Experience · Super Bowl Host City LA Now Pavilion
Collegiate athletics and campus events
We work directly with universities and athletic departments across the region. Louisiana State University. Baylor University. Mississippi State University. Texas Southern University. University of Arkansas. University of Louisiana at Lafayette. University of Louisiana at Monroe.
Campus production carries its own rules on top of the venue rules: procurement and approvals, shared calendars, a range of venues on one campus, and outdoor stages without permanent infrastructure.

For commencements, guest lectures, and convocations, the same production capabilities serve Educational Institutions.
Audio, video and lighting, sized to the room
We own our audio, lighting and LED video inventory, so the package is built around the venue rather than around whatever a vendor has available that week.
Everything is quoted as one scope with one crew and one accountable production manager. If a speaker array and a video wall both need the same rigging window, the same people are managing both — not two vendors pointing at each other.

What we need from you, and what you get back
01 Site survey & scope
We walk the venue, measure the power, check the rigging points, note the loading dock and the cable runs, and talk to whoever manages the building.
02 Written scope & number
Then you get a written scope and a number. No surprises on show day.
03 Show day execution
Show up on time, build to the plot, and be ready before anyone checks.
Seasons shift. Series run long. A bowl game gets added. We run short-notice production regularly — if your event is inside two weeks, call the office instead of the form at 337.626.2235.
Why promoters and tour managers call us back
Accountability. Owned gear, own fleet, own crews. When a question comes up on site, you're talking to the company that owns the answer.
The venue list on the Clients & Credits page is public, and the Parnelli Awards named us Regional Lighting Company of the Year in 2022. We don't ask you to take our word for it.
FAQ
What does production for a sports venue include?
It covers everything that makes the event work inside a fixed building: audio and PA coverage, LED video, lighting, staging, rigging, power and crew, planned around the venue's own systems, sightlines and schedule. We start with a site survey and deliver a written scope, so the package fits the building rather than a generic rider.
Can you work around a team's schedule and broadcast setup?
Yes. Hard start times, house systems, broadcast positions and shared loading docks are normal conditions for us, not exceptions. We plan the load-in, the truck pack and the crew calls around your window and coordinate with whoever else has access to the building that day.
Do you provide mobile stages for outdoor campus and stadium lots?
Yes. We own our mobile stages and truck them on our own fleet, which matters when a field or parking lot has no permanent infrastructure. Mobile Stages
Which universities and teams have you worked with?
Named collegiate clients include LSU, Baylor, Mississippi State, Texas Southern, University of Arkansas, University of Louisiana at Lafayette and University of Louisiana at Monroe. Named sports and broadcast work includes the Houston Rockets, Atlanta Hawks, the 2019 World Series and Fox Premier Boxing Champions. The published list is the ones we're able to name — not a complete roster.
How far in advance should a collegiate athletic department book?
Earlier is always better for crew planning and trucking, but we handle close-in work regularly. If your event is inside two weeks, call rather than submitting the form — short-notice work is a real part of what we do.
What do you need from us to quote an event?
A date, a venue and roughly what you're trying to do. From a site survey we produce a written scope and a number — a real number rather than a range, because the building tells us what the scope has to be.
Tell us the date, the venue
and what the event has to do.
You'll get a real producer, not a form response — and a written scope you can take to your athletic department or building management.
