We work from a site plan, not a catalog. Tell us the load-in path, the ground conditions, the expected crowd, the show times and the local authority having jurisdiction, and we come back with a build that fits. On a hard surface a deck goes down fast. On a wet festival field in July it doesn't, and the plan has to say so before the trucks roll.
Stage decking, risers and platforms
Roughly 200 stage decks in inventory with access to about 500 through partners . Standard modular decking with adjustable leg heights for main stages, thrusts, catwalks, drum and band risers, camera platforms, choir risers, runway and fashion builds, press risers and B-stages. Multiple deck heights on one build is normal work, not an exception.
Ramps, stairs and ADA access
Talent ramps, load ramps for cases and carts, handrail and guardrail, ADA-compliant slope and landings, and ADA viewing platforms in the audience with sightlines that actually work. Accessibility gets designed in at the plan stage, when it's cheap, rather than argued about on show morning.
Ground support and roof systems
Ground-supported truss structures and roof systems for outdoor stages, video wall support, scenic headers and entrance structures, with ballast, weather planning and a wind action plan appropriate to the build. Tyler GT box truss with 600+ sticks in inventory , plus the motors, bases and hardware that go with it.
Skirting, masking and finish
Stage skirting, wall and backdrop masking, pipe and drape, cable ramp and matting, and the tidy edges that separate a professional build from a rented platform.
Rigging
We self-perform limited, well-defined rigging applications where it is safe and appropriate to do so, and we bring in qualified rigging specialists for larger, structural or arena work. We say that plainly because it's how competent production companies operate. Nobody should be improvising overhead.
Crowd control and barricade
Front-of-stage barricade in a steel pressure design — the Mojo-style profile the industry recognizes — for high-energy audiences, plus a large bike rack barricade inventory for queue lines, entry lanes, vendor rows, VIP and back-of-house separation. Mix position enclosures, delay tower platforms and enclosures, and fencing for site perimeter and restricted zones.
Site build
Barricade layout, entry and egress lanes, back-of-house compounds, cable runs and crossings, vehicle paths, and the sequencing that lets audio, lighting, video and staging crews work the same footprint without stepping on each other.
Site comfort
Portable restrooms, shower trailers, hand-washing stations and stand-up portable heaters come out of our own inventory. Tenting is the one piece we coordinate through established partners rather than pretend otherwise.
Mobile stages

Where we work
Home base is Sulphur, Louisiana, in the Lake Charles area, which puts Houston, New Orleans, Baton Rouge and the Gulf South within a comfortable drive of our own trucks. Staging and barricade are heavy, high-volume freight, so proximity matters — but we regularly load out for work across the United States and into Canada. Our fleet includes semis, box trucks, flatbeds, step deck and RGN trailers, which means a build that needs six trailers gets six trailers, not six phone calls.
FAQ
How much does stage rental cost?
It depends on deck square footage, height, roof or ground support, ground conditions, labor call and distance. A ballroom riser package and a festival main stage with a roof are different orders of magnitude. Send us a site plan and show dates and we'll price the actual build.
What's the difference between bike rack barricade and front-of-stage barricade?
Bike rack is lightweight interlocking fence used for queues, lanes and separation. It is not designed to hold back crowd pressure. Front-of-stage barricade is a steel pressure design engineered to absorb a moving audience, with a working platform for security. If you expect a crowd to surge forward, you need the second one.
Do you handle rigging?
We self-perform limited rigging applications where it's safe and within scope, and we engage qualified rigging specialists for structural, overhead and arena work. Either way it's coordinated by us, so you have one point of accountability.
Can you provide ADA-accessible stage and viewing platforms?
Yes. Ramps, landings and handrails to ADA slope requirements for stage access, and elevated ADA viewing platforms with proper sightlines in the audience.
Do you install, or do we get the gear dropped off?
Both are available. Most staging and barricade goes out installed by our crew, because that's how it stays correct. Equipment-only packages are available to production companies, venues and promoters — see Equipment Rental.
How much barricade do we need?
Front-of-stage is driven by stage width plus wings and thumbs; the rest comes from your entry lanes, queue design and back-of-house footprint. Walk us through the site plan and we'll spec it.
How far in advance should we book staging?
As early as you can, especially spring and fall festival season when decking and barricade move fast. That said, short-notice builds are a real part of this business — call anyway.

Yes. Nationally across the US and into Canada, with our own fleet and crews.
