Corporate events & brand activations, built to execute.

A corporate audience doesn't forgive a late room. The general session starts when the agenda says it starts, the activation opens when the show floor opens, and nobody in the room cares what the load-in looked like. That's our problem, not yours. We own the gear, we staff the crews, we run the trucks — so when something fails at 4pm on show day, we have a spare in the warehouse and the people to swap it.

The problem

We own the gear, so we answer for it

We own our audio, lighting, LED video and staging. That matters to a corporate planner for a practical reason: there's no third-party vendor to chase when a case comes up short. One company is accountable from the site survey to the last truck off the lot. If your spec calls for something outside our inventory, we'll tell you plainly and source it — the scope still comes from us.

We staff our own crews. The people who hang your truss and tune your PA have done arena tours, festival main stages and Super Bowl–scale events — the roster is on the credits page →. Corporate work gets the same crew standard, scaled to the room.

How we run it

What that looks like on a festival or tour

A hard start time

Doors open at seven whether or not the video wall is finished. We plan the load-in backward from your first session and keep redundancy in the plan.

Rooms that weren't designed for shows

Ballrooms, lobbies, parking lots, convention floors. We do a site survey before we quote so power, rigging, and ceiling height are in the scope.

General sessions & keynotes

Audio designed for speech intelligibility, LED video sized to the room and camera plan, and confidence lighting so presenters aren't guessing.

Brand activations

Outdoor and off-site builds where the brand experience has to survive weather, crowds, and public footprints with mobile stages and generators.

Brand Activations

Brand activations outdoors

An activation is a live show with a logo on it. It has a crowd, a stage, weather exposure and a hard teardown because the parking lot reopens in the morning. We treat it that way.

For outdoor activations we bring the same inventory that runs festival work: mobile stages →, line array, LED video →, staging and crowd control →, and generators and power → sized for the actual load — not guessed at.

Corporate room with purple uplighting

The activation opens on time because the site survey, the trucking and the crew plan were all done by the same company.

Core Markets

Where we work

Home base is Sulphur, LA in the Lake Charles area, with locations in Houston and New Orleans. We work across the United States and into Canada with our own fleet, which means your trucking, your gear and your crew arrive together under one accountability chain.

Corporate work keeps us in ballrooms, convention centers, corporate campuses and city streets from Lake Charles to Houston to New Orleans and beyond.

The process

What we need from you, and what you get back

01  Site Survey & Scope

We do a site survey before we quote, so the power, the rigging points, the load-in path and the ceiling height are in the scope — not discovered on setup day.

02  Written Scope & Number

Give us the date, the venue, the headcount and roughly what you're trying to do, and we'll come back with a written scope and a number — not a range and not a guess.

03  On-Time Execution

We plan the load-in backward from your first session, crew it to finish ahead of schedule, and keep redundancy in the plan so on-time execution is guaranteed.

If your event is inside two weeks, or another vendor has gone sideways on site, skip the form and call. Short-notice corporate work is a real part of what we do, and the phone is faster.

Why they call us back

Why promoters and tour managers call us back

More than 30 years of load-ins. We build festival main stages and we build hotel ballroom AV. The scale changes; the standard doesn't.

FAQ

What is a brand activation?

A brand activation is a live event built to put people directly in contact with a brand or product — a product launch, a pop-up experience, a branded stage at a festival or a street team build. On the production side it's a show like any other: power, audio, lighting, video, staging and crowd flow, with the brand's experience as the creative brief.

Do you provide AV only, or full production?

Both. Some corporate clients hand us the whole show — staging, audio, lighting, LED video, crew and trucking. Others need a room package or a single department alongside their existing team. Tell us the boundary and we'll scope to it.

Can you work alongside our internal AV or event team?

Yes. If your team owns the run of show and needs execution muscle — crew, gear, trucking — we'll slot in under their direction. Rental packages with or without crew are available to corporate teams the same way they are to production companies and venues.

How far in advance should we book corporate event production?

Earlier is easier, but we won't pretend late jobs don't happen. Anything inside two weeks should come to us by phone at 337.626.2235 rather than the form. Outside that, a date and a city is enough to start the conversation while the rest of the details settle.

Do you handle multiple breakout rooms at the same event?

Yes. Multi-room programs get matched audio and video packages, a dedicated crew chief per room and one producer over the whole program, so the general session and the breakouts are planned as one scope rather than negotiated room by room.

What happens if equipment fails during our session?

We plan for it. Redundant consoles, backup playback and spare inventory in our own warehouse — because we own the gear, a swap doesn't depend on a vendor's schedule. When something fails at 4pm on show day, we have a spare in the warehouse and a crew that's done the swap before.

Send us the date, the venue,
and what you're trying to do.

You'll get a written scope and a number, and a producer who runs corporate work — not a form response.
