Our home base is Sulphur, Louisiana, in the Lake Charles area, which sits between Houston and New Orleans on the I-10 corridor. Most of what we do on the touring side is regional: supporting national tours as they route through the Gulf South, covering one-off dates, picking up dates a touring vendor can't reach, and building out regional runs. The equipment and the crews are national-grade, and we travel with them across the United States and into Canada when a tour needs us further out.
Tour gear packages
Audio, lighting, LED video, staging and backline specified against your rider and prepped as a package, not assembled out of whatever is on the shelf that week. Flagship PA is d&b audiotechnik SL-series line array; control is DiGiCo. Video is LED panel inventory in 3.9mm to 5.9mm pitch, with enough of it to build a main wall plus side panels and still hold spares.
Backline
A deep house inventory of amps, drums, keys and guitars, maintained in our own shop rather than sourced per date. It's the department that most often decides whether a rider gets covered or negotiated down.
Touring engineers and crew
Front of house, monitors, systems techs, lighting directors, video techs and stagehands who work with this inventory year-round. If you're carrying your own department heads, we staff underneath them. If you're carrying nobody, we can cover the whole technical side.
Trucking and logistics
We run our own fleet — semis, box trucks, flatbeds, an aluminum step deck and RGN trailers — out of our own warehouse. Routing changes, a truck gets held, a date moves — the answer comes from our dispatch instead of a broker's.
Rigging
We own and carry rigging equipment and coordinate the rigging scope for touring builds. We self-perform limited, safe applications and bring in qualified rigging specialists for larger structural work and arena roofs. That line is deliberate, and we hold it.
Staging and barricade
Roughly 200 stage decks in inventory with access to more, Tyler GT box truss, bike-rack and Mojo-style barricade, plus two mobile stages (a 2022 Stageline SL320 and an Apex 3224) and partner access to a larger deck for outdoor and one-off dates that don't have a house stage.
Rehearsal space
Most regional production companies can hand a tour a gear package. Very few can hand them a room.
We provide rehearsal space with tour-grade audio, lighting and video, so a band can production-rehearse on the actual rig that will go out on the road, with the actual engineers who will run it. Programming happens before the first load-in instead of during it. Cue lists get built, the PA gets tuned, and problems surface in a room where fixing them costs an afternoon rather than a show.

Where we work
Home base is Sulphur, Louisiana. Houston, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Beaumont and the Mississippi Gulf Coast are all inside a comfortable drive with our own trucks, and Dallas, Austin, Nashville, Memphis and Atlanta are regular routing markets for us.

Do you book artists or manage tours?
No. We are a production company. We supply equipment, crew, trucking and rehearsal space. Booking, management and advancing the calendar stay with your team.
Can you cover a single date on a tour?
Yes. One-off and pick-up dates are a large part of what we do. Send us the rider, the venue and the date, and you'll get back a spec-matched package rather than a substitution list.
What PA and consoles do you carry for touring?
d&b audiotechnik SL-series line array as the flagship system, DiGiCo consoles at front of house and monitors, and a broad complement of wedges, IEM support and system processing. Full inventory list on request.
Do you provide touring engineers, or just gear?
Both. We can supply front of house, monitor, systems, lighting and video personnel, or supply crew that works under department heads you're already carrying.
Do you have rehearsal space we can use before a tour?
Yes — rehearsal space with tour-grade audio, lighting and video, so production rehearsals happen on the same rig that goes out. This will depend on your final plans for New Orleans
How far will you travel?
Nationally across the United States and into Canada. Distance affects trucking and crew cost, not whether we'll take the date.
Can we rent gear without crew for a run?
Yes, on a business-to-business basis — typically as part of a supported package rather than an equipment-only transaction. See Equipment Rental.
