A festival is not a big concert. It is four or five concerts at once, on ground that had no power, no stages and no roads on it a week ago, run to a schedule that cannot move because forty artists have already been advanced against it.

We do it with our own inventory, our own fleet and our own crews. That matters most on festivals, because the usual failure on a multi-stage build is not equipment — it's the seam between vendors. Audio is waiting on staging. Staging is waiting on power. Lighting showed up at the wrong stage. Nobody is wrong and everybody is late.
When one company carries stages, power, audio, lighting, video and barricade, that seam doesn't exist. One production schedule. One site plan. One phone number at 5am when the rain window moves.
Site design and stage placement
Before anything rolls, we walk the site — or work from your plan and survey — and figure out where stages go. Sightlines, sound bleed between stages, crowd flow, emergency egress, truck routes, cable runs, generator placement and fuel access. Where a main stage faces decides how much your neighbors hear at 10pm — easier to settle in March than in load-in week.
Power and distribution
Festival sites are usually built where there is no useful power. We supply generation and full distribution: primary and redundant power for production, plus distro to each stage, vendor row, food, box office and back of house.
Stages
Two mobile stages in our fleet — a 2022 Stageline SL320 and an Apex 3224 — plus partner access to a larger deck for larger main-stage requirements. Mobile stages arrive, deploy and are show-ready the same day, which is what makes a second or third stage affordable for a lot of promoters. For built stages we carry roughly 200 stage decks with access to substantially more, and Tyler GT box truss by the hundreds of sticks for roof, wings and scenic structure.
Rigging is a coordinated capability. We self-perform limited, safe applications and bring in qualified specialist riggers for larger structural and arena work. We are direct with you about which is which before you sign anything.
Audio
d&b audiotechnik SL-series line array as our flagship PA, DiGiCo consoles at front of house and monitors, and engineers who tour with the equipment they're deploying. Main stage systems are designed for coverage and containment — keeping the show on the audience and off the stage two hundred yards away. Smaller stages get systems sized to the tent or the field.
Lighting and LED video
Festival lighting packages built for daylight-to-dark shows and for visiting lighting directors who need to plug in and go. On video, we carry over 2,000 LED panels in 3.9mm to 5.9mm pitch, with more inbound — enough for main-stage IMAG walls, side stage screens and scenic LED on the same site at the same time.
Barricade and crowd control
Bike-rack barricade for perimeters, queues, vendor row and thoroughfares, and Mojo-style barricade for stage fronts where the front-of-house pressure is real. Placement is designed with your security lead.
Backline, artist advance and rider fulfillment
Deep backline inventory across amps, drums, keys and guitars, plus Pioneer DJ packages for electronic stages. We advance artists directly when you want us to: collecting inputs and riders, reconciling them against what's on site, and building the changeover plan that makes a fifteen-minute turn possible.
Site services and effects
Pipe and drape, podiums, event cooling including Portacool units and misting fans, and confetti, fog and haze, plus mirror balls, bubble and snow machines, gobo projection and color-changing fans. Portable restrooms, shower trailers, hand-washing stations and stand-up heaters come from our own inventory. Tents are the one piece we coordinate through partners, and we say so.
Logistics
Our own semis, box trucks, flatbeds, step deck and RGN trailers, loaded by the same crews who install the equipment. Load-in is scheduled backwards from doors, stage by stage, with trucks sequenced so the first thing you need is the first thing off.

Where we work
We are based in Sulphur, Louisiana, in the Lake Charles area — close enough to Houston, New Orleans and the wider Gulf South to move a festival package on our own trucks. From there we work nationally and into Canada. Regular markets include Houston, New Orleans, Dallas, Atlanta, Bossier City and Lake Charles, and we travel well beyond them.
FAQ
Can one company really cover every stage at a festival?
Yes, and it's usually cheaper and faster than not. We supply stages, power, audio, lighting, video and barricade across multiple stages under one production schedule, with one production manager accountable for the site. You stop paying for the overlap between vendors, and you stop refereeing them.
How far in advance should we book festival production?
As early as you have a date and a site. Festival season concentrates into a few months, and mobile stages and main-stage PA go first. If you're inside the window, call anyway — a lot of this business is solving problems on short notice.
Do you handle artist advancing and riders?
Yes. We can advance the bill directly, reconcile input lists and riders against the site, and flag anything that will cost money or time before it becomes a show-day argument. If your production manager prefers to advance, we support them instead.
What happens if the weather turns?
Weather planning is part of the build, not a reaction to it. We set wind and lightning thresholds against the stage manufacturer's ratings, define who calls a hold and who calls a strike, and lay the site out so covering and clearing happen fast. Then we do what the plan says, even when it's expensive.
Can you work alongside our existing vendors?
Yes. We're often brought in for one part of a site — stages, power, barricade, LED — and we work to someone else's site plan.
What about restrooms, tents and fencing?
Restrooms, shower trailers, hand-washing stations, heaters and fencing are ours. Tenting we coordinate through partners, and we'll say so up front rather than mark up someone else's truck quietly.
