A mobile stage is a stage built into a trailer. It arrives, the outriggers go down, the roof lifts on hydraulics, and a few hours later you have a covered performance platform with a rated roof, stairs and a clean working deck. No scaffold build. No crane. For a fairground, a street closure, a rodeo arena or a county park, it is usually the fastest and most predictable way to get a real stage on the ground.

Apex 3224
32 feet wide, 24 deep. Right for municipal concerts, fairs, festival side stages, rodeos and corporate outdoor events. It handles a full band, a speaking program or a DJ setup with room for production on the wings.
Stageline SL320 (2022)
the larger of the two and headliner-capable: touring-scale backline, monitor world, a full lighting package overhead, side fills. Use it when the act sends a stage plot that will not fit on anything smaller.
Larger via partner
when a main stage needs more than we carry in house, we coordinate a larger deck through a vetted partner and still run the build ourselves.
Deployment, crew and timing
The stage travels as a single trailer. Once it is spotted and leveled, the hydraulic roof and outriggers do the work a scaffold crew would spend days on. The truck arrives in the morning, the stage is set, the roof goes up, stairs and skirting go on, and audio and lighting hang before lunch. Load-out reverses it.
Our crew stays with the stage. The people who set it up know its hydraulics, its rigging points and its weather procedure.
Engineering, wind and weather
Outdoor stages are structures, and they get treated like structures. Each unit carries manufacturer engineering documentation covering roof load capacity, wind speed ratings and ballast and staking requirements. We provide that paperwork for permitting and for your insurer, and walk your safety plan with you before load-in.
Every outdoor show runs with a written weather plan: who monitors conditions, at what threshold the show is held, who makes the call, and how the audience is moved. Least glamorous part of the job. The one that matters most.
Roof load, hangs and rigging
The roof is rated to carry production, which is what separates a mobile stage from a platform with a tent over it. Line array hangs, lighting bars, backdrops and banners load into engineered points.
We work inside the manufacturer's rated capacities, self-perform the straightforward hangs these stages are designed for, and bring in qualified specialists for larger or higher-risk structural rigging. Nobody guesses at a weight.
Access, ADA and staging around the stage
Stairs come standard. Beyond that:

Bike-rack or Mojo-style front-of-stage barricade

Power
We supply and distribute generator power sized to the whole production, not just the deck, so audio, lighting and video sit on properly separated legs. Where shore power exists, we test it before we trust it.
Hot-weather sites also get event cooling — Portacool units and misting fans backstage and in crew areas. In August in Louisiana that is not a comfort item.
What we need from you
Mobile stages are fast, not magic. To deploy one, your site needs:
We survey the site before we quote. That prevents almost every mobile stage problem there is.
Level, compacted ground
asphalt, concrete or firm turf. Soft ground, recent rain and fill dirt need to be discussed in advance.
Truck access
a route in and a place to turn around. Trailer clearance, gate widths and overhead lines get checked on the site survey.
Footprint
meaningfully more room than the trailer itself, plus clearance for outriggers, ballast, stairs, ramps and stage-left/right work areas.
Permits
we supply engineering documents and insurance certificates; the event holder normally pulls the permit.

What size mobile stage do I need?
Start with the stage plot and your site footprint. The 32x24 covers most municipal events, fairs and corporate outdoor shows. The 40x40 is for headliner-scale productions with a full lighting rig and backline.
What wind speed can the stage handle?
Each unit is engineered and rated, and we supply the documentation with the contract. Every outdoor show also runs a written weather monitoring and evacuation plan.
Can you hang PA and lighting from the roof?
Yes, within the structure's rated capacity — line array, lighting bars and banners from engineered points, inside published load limits, with qualified rigging specialists brought in for anything larger or higher risk.
Do you provide power and a generator?
Yes — generator power sized and distributed for the stage and the full production, plus event cooling for hot-weather sites.
Do I have to rent production with the stage?
No. We deliver stage-only, and we deliver stage plus full audio, lighting, video and crew. Most clients ask us to quote both.
