We own the gear, so we answer for it.
We own our audio, lighting, LED video and staging. We staff our own crews and run our own fleet. One company is accountable from the site survey to the last truck off the lot, and that matters in a building where a late load-in costs you more than a schedule.
We don't subcontract the core of the job. If something fails at 4pm on show day, we have a spare in the warehouse — not a phone call to a third party who may or may not answer.
What that looks like on a festival or tour
Showroom and entertainment programming
Headline acts, resident entertainment, touring one-offs and tribute weekends, handled with full rider fluency.
Ballroom and conference business
General sessions, breakout AV, galas, award dinners and holiday parties delivered with touring discipline.
Outdoor and parking-lot builds
Mobile stages and custom outdoor builds for tent events, lot concerts and festival-style bookings on property.
Brand activations and sponsor programming
Intentional brand footprints for pool decks, lobbies and floor-adjacent spaces without disrupting operations.
Load-ins that respect the house
Every property has rules we work inside, from freight elevators with booked windows and union or house crew requirements to quiet hours on the gaming floor, fire marshal and life-safety constraints, and dock schedules shared with banquet and convention services.
We've been doing this for more than 30 years of load-ins. We ask the right questions in advance, walk the site before we commit a truck count, and build the run of show around the property's existing schedule — not in spite of it.

The property's producer, not just a vendor
Hotels and casinos don't need another vendor to manage. They need a production partner who shows up with a plan and executes it, providing the same producer from quote to load-out.

What we need from you, and what you get back
01 Site survey
We walk the room or the lot, check power, check access, note the constraints.
02 Scope
You get a written scope and a number — not a range, not a guess.
03 Execution
Our crew loads in, runs the show, and loads out on the window we agreed to.
If something changes mid-week — an act adds a date, a sponsor adds a screen — call us. Short-notice work is a real part of what we do, and the phone is faster than a form.
Why promoters and tour managers call us back
Home base is Sulphur, LA, in the Lake Charles market — which puts us close to one of the densest casino corridors on the Gulf Coast. We have locations in Houston, TX and New Orleans, LA, and we work across the United States and into Canada with our own fleet.
For regional properties, that means our gear and crew are hours away, not days. For national hospitality groups, it means one production partner who follows the portfolio.
FAQ
What is casino and hospitality event production?
It's live event production delivered inside the operating constraints of a casino, resort or hotel — showrooms, ballrooms, outdoor lots and public spaces that stay in business while the load-in happens. It covers the same audio, lighting, video and staging work as any other production, but the scheduling, access and life-safety requirements are specific to the property.
Can you work around our gaming floor and guest quiet hours?
Yes — with advance notice of the constraints. We schedule freight and crew calls around your house rules, and we ask about them during the site survey rather than discovering them on the dock.
Do you handle the artist's rider, or do we need a separate backline vendor?
Send us the rider and we'll tell you what we cover and what needs sourcing. We provide backline as part of production, and where a specific item isn't on our truck, we source it before show day rather than improvising on site.
Can you work alongside our in-house AV team?
Yes. Some properties run their own house systems and bring us in for supplemental gear, touring acts or specialty builds. We're used to patching into house infrastructure and splitting responsibilities cleanly — tell us how your building works and we'll fit the plan to it.
How far in advance should a casino book production?
Headline entertainment and multi-day conference programming benefit from the most lead time — weeks to months. That said, we regularly take short-notice work. If the event is inside two weeks, call 337.626.2235 instead of using the form.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope, scale, duration and travel — a showroom one-off and a three-day outdoor build aren't in the same conversation. Give us the date, the venue, the headcount and what you need, and you'll get a written scope and a number.
Tell us the date, the room, and what's going on stage.
You'll talk to a producer.
You'll talk to a producer who handles this kind of work every week — a conversation, not a pitch. [Request a Quote](/contact) · 337.626.2235 · Sulphur, LA
